I teach a variety of classes that are open to the public and also teach semi or private classes at One Peaceful Place, in historic downtown Springboro. I am also available to teach yoga classes at your organizations or businesses as well.
Studios are great places to tryout and practice yoga because of the soothing and calm atmosphere and the availability of props and space. Come and try one of my classes in the quiet and cozy space at One Peaceful Place.

It’s never too late to practice yoga! This class uses breath integrated with movement to make yoga an enjoyable and new experience to the more senior students as well as the beginning student by using modifications, props and techniques that makes yoga accessible to people of all ages and variety of physical conditions.

A soft flowing class using deep rhythmic breathing and a balanced stream of postures that are connected in gentle manner, easing into each yoga asana in a moving and meditative state. Gentle sun salutations, inversions, forward bends, back bends, twists and standing postures among other positions will be introduced. Sure to leave you with love in your heart and peace in your mind. Suitable for all levels.

Peaceful Evening Yoga
Join Tammy for a well-rounded yoga class suitable for all levels, even those just starting out. A great way to end your evening and to kick off the new week. Class size is limited to six students so you will experience an individualized instruction suitable to your level, in a safe and supportive atmosphere.
Classes are breath focused and will have meditation techniques integrated into the practice.

This is a special candle lit class that occurs periodically through the year. This class is very soothing and relaxing and allows for a flow of energy or chi through the body combining two approaches of teaching into one practice; one approach is yin—passive and restorative holds and the other approach is yang—active stretching and strengthening using fluid circular movements.
You will experience a very balanced practice that works both the joints, connective tissue and the muscle tissue parts of the body, set in a very relaxing atmosphere.
This class is perfect for leaving the hectic week behind you and starting the weekend feeling refreshed and positive!
This class is typically held once a quarter, in the evenings.
